1. Information we collect

When you subscribe to RackSanity updates, we collect the name and email address you provide. If you contact us, we also receive the information included in your message.

Our hosting providers may automatically process limited technical information, such as IP address, browser type, device information, requested pages, and timestamps, to deliver and secure the website.

2. How we use information

We use information to:

• manage the RackSanity update list and Public Beta communications;
• send development updates, selected testing invitations, and launch information;
• respond to support requests and feedback;
• operate, protect, and improve the website and RackSanity; and
• comply with legal obligations and prevent misuse.

3. Service providers

We use service providers that process information on our behalf. These currently include Railway for website and email-service hosting and Resend for subscription confirmation, contact management, and email delivery. If RackSanity becomes available for purchase, Lemon Squeezy may process checkout, payment, tax, order, and license information as merchant of record under its own privacy terms.

We do not sell your personal information.

4. Email choices

You may unsubscribe from marketing or development emails using the unsubscribe link included in those messages. You may also contact us at support@racksanity.com. We may retain limited records needed to honor an unsubscribe request.

5. Retention and security

We retain personal information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, including legal, security, and recordkeeping needs. We use reasonable safeguards, but no internet service or storage method can guarantee absolute security.

6. Your privacy requests

Depending on where you live, you may have rights to request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal information. You may submit a request to support@racksanity.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing a request.

7. Children

The RackSanity website and update list are not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. International processing

Information may be processed in the United States and other countries where our service providers operate. Those locations may have different data-protection laws than your location.

We may update this policy as RackSanity and its services develop. We will post the revised policy here and update the effective date.
